Cheesy, yet garlicky.. it will always be on the tip of your tongue.. just like Adele’s ‘Hello’. Baked asparagus with cheese is actually really easy to make. Once the asparagus has started to become tender and able to bend when you pick it up – that is when it’s done.. Don’t cook it TOO long. Otherwise it will be overcooked, it will still taste good but you want it perfect! You’ll also need a large frying pan.
What you’ll need:
Bunch of asparagus
Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 handful garlic chips (or tsp minced garlic)
Chop ends off asparagus.. Line a baking or cookie sheet with olive oil. Lay down the asparagus.
Heat up the butter in the microwave, then mix in pepper and garlic. Drizzle and brush over the asparagus. Cover generously with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until the asparagus is fully cooked! Add more cheese after you pull the dish out of the oven!
Done! You’ve got baked asparagus with cheese!
