Pork Belly Marinade
It’s finally starting to feel like fall! We’re starting off autumn right with a delicious soy & brown sugar slow braised pork belly! This pork belly marinade is good to make if you’re on the run – just pop it in the crockpot and go! It seem like it takes an army to make it but this recipe will come out nice and juicy. I suggest pairing it with some pilaf, a nice salad or even put it on a hamburger bun!

First of all, in the crockpot, mix together your soy sauce, sugar, olive oil and water. Drop in the pork belly cuts and finally, cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8).
Voila – easy as that!
