So, I made this video months ago when I was back in Canada, preparing for times when I couldn’t bake. Well today was that time. My latest recipe turned out to be a DISASTER. So instead, I am posting this backup video.
It’s super easy and delicious and I hope you all enjoy it!
What you’ll need:
- 1 cauliflower
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 tsp tomato sauce – no sugar added
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- green onion (optional)
We’ll need to soften the cauliflower for this recipe, so first boil the cauliflower in water for roughly 25 minutes.
Let it cool.
Roll up pieces of your pepperoni and mozzarella cheese together. Stick then between the cauliflower florets. You could also make a few cuts and stick them in there as well.
Continue until all your pepperoni and mozza is used.
Pour your tomato sauce over the cauliflower and then top with the shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the cheese is nice and crispy on top.
Cut into 4 and serve!
