Super easy, delicious and great for replacing potato hash browns in your life.. cause I know I miss them. If you do eat them, you will need some fat or protein to go along with it. It’s a good side dish, but doesn’t give you the fat and protein that you will need for keto.
What you’ll need:
- 1 medium cauliflower (350g) – rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp chives
- 1/2 tbsp parsley
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup (50g) parmesan cheese – shredded or grated
In a bowl, mix all your ingredients together.
Place a spoonful of the cauliflower mix onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Press it down to flatten it into a hash brown shape.
Continue with the rest of the cauliflower mix.
Bake at 350 for approx 35-40 minutes. Flip over half way through.
This makes roughly 10 hash browns!
