Blue cheese is my favourite. Pairing it with bacon is a power combo and I will not regret saying this! I couldn’t live without it!
For dipping, use some celery, carrots or obviously, bacon!
What you’ll need:
- 2/3 cup (150g) cream cheese
- 1/3 cup (80g) sour cream
- 1 cup (100g) parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (100g) mozzarella – shredded
- 1 cup (100g) feta cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g) blue cheese
- 1 tsp chives
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper

This dip is super easy to make! The trick however is to let one kind of cheese melt before adding in another.
Place your cream cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese into a wok or pan on medium heat. Stir together and let the parmesan cheese melt.
Add in your spices and mozzarella. Stir & let the cheese melt.
Mix in your feta cheese. Again, let it melt.
Finally, stir in your blue cheese.
Pour into a dip bowl and serve!
This is a great appy to share between 5-6 people!
