It’s starting to get warmer out and soon summer will be here! And what’s better than a keto cinnamon roll smoothie to get your day started!
I really enjoy this for two reasons. 1. It tastes exactly like a cinnamon roll! and 2: it’s high in fat!
These are great to make at night and cool in the fridge for a perfect on-the-go breakfast drink! if you’re like me, I don’t usually eat breakfast but I do enjoy a nice cold drink in the morning. This will give you the fat you need and keep you full for hours!
Plus it’s cheaper than Starbucks and healthier.
There are no additives like xanthan gum, instead the cream cheese makes it incredibly smooth and thickens it up at the same time. If you want, you can add some protein powder to the mixture to bump up the protein macros otherwise they are a bit low.

Keto Cinnamon Roll Smoothie (High Fat!)
Get your fat in with this keto cinnamon roll smoothie! It's gluten, grain and sugar free PLUS it tastes like it just came from Cinnabon!
Ingredients
- Blender
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp sugar substitute
- 1 tbsp brown sugar substitute (optional)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (125ml) almond milk
- handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until thoroughly mixed and no clumps of cream cheese remain and sugar substitute is not grainy.
- Enjoy! I topped mine with some whipped cream and cinnamon!
