Fat bombs are a staple in the keto diet if you want to up your fat intake while keeping the carbs low. These keto chocolate peanut butter fat bombs are the perfect thing to keep in the fridge for a late night treat.
If you’re wondering how to make easy keto fat bombs – it’s SO simple. All you need to do is take a low carb healthy fat like butter, coconut oil, cream cheese, almond or coconut butter and sweeten and flavour to your liking. Add a bit of keto flour to ‘bind it together’ and voila. I like to use whey protein powder as it won’t add any grittiness to the fat bomb.
it’s basically Reese’s peanut butter cups you can eat by the spoonful!
All you need is butter, peanut butter, sugar free chocolate chips, sugar substitute and some protein powder. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate until you want a treat.
